Vi erbjuder ett års garanti på alla våra diamantringar och diamantsmycken.
Garantin gäller för tillverkningsfel, till exempel om en diamant skulle lossna på grund av felaktig infattning. Om så är fallet, tillverkas en ny ring eller felet åtgärdas utan kostnad.
Vi rekommenderar att du tecknar en försäkring som täcker förlust och skada.
Gratis storleksändring på solitärringar
Om storleken du har valt visar sig vara fel, trots noggrann mätning, erbjuder vi en gratis storleksändring på våra solitärringar i 18k. rödguld eller vitguld.
Vår tillverkare gör en ny ring i rätt storlek för att garantera kvalitén. Ev. gravyr görs också om.
Gratis storleksändring gäller inte för ringar med flera diamanter men kan köpas till mot en kostnad beroende på modell av ring.

Buy a Ring Sizer / Measuring Tape
Order a ring sizer that shows your exact ring size. Please read the description carefully for instructions on how to measure correctly and what to keep in mind.
Measure a Ring You Already Own
If you already have a ring in a similar width and thickness that fits your ring finger, have it measured by a jewelry store or professional jeweler. Measuring at home can be difficult, which is why we do not recommend it.
Free Resizing
We recommend finding your ring size as accurately as possible before ordering your gold ring from us. If the size still turns out to be incorrect, one free resizing is included for our solitaire rings (rings with one stone) within 14 days of receiving your ring.
To ensure the highest quality, our manufacturer recreates the ring from scratch in the correct size.
