A necklace with a small diamond is often worn as a short necklace. If you want the diamond to sit close to the base of the neck, choose a 40 cm (16") chain.
The most common short lengths are 45–50 cm (18–20"), while a diamond necklace on a 60 cm (24") chain creates a more relaxed and modern look.
