ABOUT OUR BLACK DIAMONDS

We use black diamonds that are conflict-free, approved and certified.
The diamonds are approved according to EU regulations 2368-2002. We guarantee that our stones are not so-called conflict diamonds according to the Kimberley Process.

Mila Silver's diamond jewelery with black diamonds is made in Sweden by experienced jewelers. We use treated black diamonds. This is the most common type of black diamond in jewelry. Natural black diamonds are extremely rare and precious.
Treated black diamonds get their color by irradiating natural diamonds. Natural diamonds that have many inclusions and are gray in color before treatment are often chosen.
Black diamonds are said to symbolize inner strength, courage and and justice.

How to find out your ring size

- Measure a ring you have at home
If you have a ring that fits the same finger you want to wear the new ring on, you can use this as a reference.
Visit a store to find out the ring size. This is the safest way to find out your size.
Remember that the ring you are measuring must have the same thickness and width as the new ring you are interested in. Namely, the model of the ring is important for which size you should choose.

- Buy a ring gauge
Order a ring gauge to find out your ring size.
Thread the measurement over the finger you want to wear your new ring. Tighten the band and read the size in the small magnifying glass.
Remember that the band should fit like a ring that fits well. The band should be able to be pulled on and off like a ring with resistance over the knuckle.

- Order home several sizes and try them on
If you are going to order a silver ring (without a diamond) and are not sure which size to choose, you can order a few different sizes home and try them on. Return the ring(s) that do not fit with the prepaid return shipping slip and keep the one that fits. Choose Klarna invoice and you won't have to pay for the rings in advance.

Detta gäller endast för tillverkningsfel vid infattning av stenarna.
Om du anser att din diamantring uppvisar felaktigheter / avvikelser vid leveransen, kontakta oss. Vi ombesörjer returfrakt till vår tillverkare som gör en bedömning av ringen och om felet är ett tillverkningsfel. Om så är fallet, tillverkas en ny ring alternativt åtgärdas felet utan extra kostnad.

Vår garanti gäller inte:
Om ringen har blivit defekt orsakad av en kläm- eller stötskada. Du kan ändå kontakta oss eftersom vi i vissa fall kan laga felet mot en kostnad som är olika från fall till fall.
Vid förlust av ring lämnas ingen återbetalning eller garanti. Vi rekommenderar att du tecknar en separat försäkring som täcker förlust och skada.
