Ring stacking - a small guide
By combining several rings, also called ring stacking, you create a personal ring look that can be varied and changed over time.
Below are tips and advice on how to create the best looking combination.
Rings thickness
Should you wear the rings in a combination, i.e. on the same finger:
check that the rings have the same thickness/height.
The width of the rings
Are you looking for a wide and massive ring stack or a neater one?
Add the width of the rings together to get an idea of the total width of the combination.
Rings that highlight each other
Stacking rings with different surfaces and structures highlight each other.
It is also nice to combine different widths of the rings.
Stacking rings on multiple fingers
Slim stacking rings are good for spreading out and wearing on several fingers. Feel free to mix different structures on the rings to highlight each ring.
If you want to create a uniform look that is comfortable to wear, choose rings that are the same thickness.
Also keep in mind that the fingers require different sizes.
The difference between the ring finger and the middle/index finger is usually one to two sizes.

Silver is stylish and discreet.
Then it can be extra stylish to combine rings with different surfaces and details. At first glance it looks uniform, but when you look closer, the rings have different designs and small details.
Maybe you have rings at home that mean a lot to you. Renovate by adding one or a pair of new stacking rings for a personal and unique look.
Number of rings & order
A golden number for harmony is usually three or five. This also applies quite well when it comes to stacking rings that are to be combined into a unit.
Wear the widest ring first as a base in the combination.
How you then choose to wear the other rings depends on the design of the rings.
The ring that stands out the most, that is most different from the others, is nice to wear in the middle. Often, a more outgoing ring model is enclosed by two similar smooth rings for a unified look.
Also keep in mind that the rings should have the same thickness. If a ring is thinner, place it in the center of the combination.
Several rings of the same model
For a uniform and stylish look, you can combine several rings of the same model.

Stacking rings of the same model create a stylish and uniform look. You can also separate the rings and wear them in new combinations.
